# SanMu Audio Internal Beta End User License Agreement (EULA)

Applies to: SanMu EQ6 0.1.5, SanMu Comp 0.1.17, SanMu Delay 0.1.5, SanMu Reverb 1.0.4 and builds from the same beta cycle.

## 1. Grant

Jintian Studio (“SanMu Audio”) grants an eligible tester a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to evaluate the beta software and provide feedback.

## 2. Term

The license starts on installation and ends no later than 23:59 on October 31, 2026 (Asia/Shanghai). After expiry, the software may remain in a project but stops effect processing and passes dry audio through. SanMu Audio may end an individual build earlier for security, compliance or testing reasons.

## 3. Platforms and copies

Install and use the matching build only on devices you control. macOS and Windows builds have separate system and plug-in format requirements. Do not give the installer or plug-in files to anyone who has not been accepted into the beta.

## 4. Restrictions

Except where the law expressly permits it, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt or extract source code, keys or licensing data; modify or bypass signatures, licensing, expiry, integrity or security controls; rent, sell, redistribute, mirror or use the beta to provide a third-party service; or present beta software as an official commercial release.

## 5. Feedback and data

You may submit bug reports, performance data, screenshots and usage feedback. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, SanMu Audio may use feedback to fix, test and improve its products. This EULA does not transfer ownership of your project audio or media to SanMu Audio.

## 6. Beta disclaimer

The beta is supplied for evaluation and may contain bugs, UI changes, performance issues or incompatibilities. It is provided “as is”. SanMu Audio does not promise compatibility with every OS, host, device, sample rate or project. Save projects and keep audio backups before use.

## 7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanMu Audio is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, business interruption or lost profits caused by use or inability to use the beta. SanMu Audio’s total liability under this beta license will not exceed the amount actually paid for the beta; for a free beta, total liability is zero.

## 8. Third-party components and formats

The plug-ins may use JUCE, AAX SDK, Apple Developer ID, PACE and other third-party components. Those components remain subject to their own licenses. An AAX Signing Only build is not a commercial PACE authorization envelope.

## 9. After termination

After termination, stop using the beta and delete the installer and independently distributable plug-in copies. You may keep saved projects, but they should render dry audio after expiry or be reopened with a later licensed version.

## 10. Acceptance

Installing, copying or using the beta means that you have read, understood and accepted this agreement. If you do not agree, stop installation and delete the software.
